It is very important for us that you answer all these questions accurately. We don't know you yet, so this information will help make our first meeting go a lot smoother and more natural:

1) Your full name
2) Your phone number (Don't worry, we will only use this to contact you 24 hours before our meeting for a final confirmation, or in the event of us having problems to find each other at the airport or hotel).
3) The address and exact time of our meeting point (hotel, airport etc.)
4) The address of your hotel or apartment.
5) How do you look (age, height, weight).
6) A description of your character (hobbies, interests, what do you like to do to relax).
7) Which kind of dress do you prefer me to come in? (e.g. elegant, sport-elegant, sport etc.)?
